Was there a problem with your order? Here’s what to do: <\/strong><\/p>

You have the right to request a return within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<\/p>

  • Fill out the form at the bottom of this page<\/strong>, including your name, email address, the date you received your order, your order number, and the items you wish to exchange\/return.<\/li>
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request.<\/li><\/ul>
    • Within 5 business days, you will receive an email confirming receipt and admissibility of your return request, along with instructions for returning the goods. Repackage the goods and ship them (no later than 14 days after receiving our return confirmation email) attaching a printed copy of our return confirmation email to the following address: Yolo Enterprise \u2013 Via San Bernardino 120, 24126 Bergamo (BG)<\/strong>. <\/li>

      Please return the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, with the original packaging and any accompanying manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.<\/strong><\/p>

      Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.<\/p>

      Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.<\/p>

      The risk and shipping costs of the return are at your expense.<\/p>
