LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY \u2013 RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS<\/strong>
In the event of defects and\/or non-conformities, you will be entitled to have the product brought into conformity through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206\/2005 (Consumer Code). <\/p>

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request repair, replacement, or refund. Pursuant to European Directive 771\/2019\/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects of conformity for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery. Your right to assert such defects of conformity expires in any case within twenty-six months from delivery. <\/p>

To request a refund, follow the instructions on the “<\/strong>Request a Return<\/strong><\/a>” <\/strong>page, indicating “Damaged, Non-Conforming, or Incorrectly Shipped Product” as the specific reason for your email<\/strong> and attaching one or more images of the item in question, clearly showing the defect.<\/p>

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email <\/strong>containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.<\/p>

Authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be verified by us following the return.<\/p>

We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after conducting appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
