Delivery of products

Delivery to Italy is expected within 7 business days of placing the order. For shipments to Europe, delivery times vary between 3 and 8 business days.

Typically, it takes 3-5 days to process your order, after which we’ll ship it. However, during peak periods, these times may be subject to delays.

From the moment of shipment, the courier will deliver the goods within 1-2 days in Italy and 3-8 days in Europe, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We ship throughout Italy (excluding the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino). Shipping to remote locations and islands may take longer than indicated above, as may adverse weather conditions, strikes, or delays caused by other external factors.
We ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corsica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary.

When we hand over your order to the courier, you’ll receive an email from them containing the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Shipping to Italy is €6.99. Shipping is free for orders over €69.
Shipping to Europe varies by country and will be displayed at checkout.

Christmas timing Italy

If you order by Thursday, December 18th

The courier will collect your packages between Friday 19th and Monday 22nd December

Delivery expected VERY VERY unlikely by Christmas, more likely from December 29th onwards.

Orders received from Friday, December 19th will be handed over to the courier from Monday, December 29th onwards.
