Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, except for customized products.
After printing begins, we cannot guarantee changes to any customizations. Contact us as soon as possible at info@ct-designer.com or via chat for assistance.
I purchased the wrong size. Can I return or exchange it if it hasn't shipped yet?
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible.
If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we will process the exchange, but it may take longer.
If you’ve already received your order, we can process an exchange. In this case, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
I ordered a customized product. Can I return it?
No, personalized products cannot be returned as they are made to measure for you. Before printing, you will be sent a proof for approval; once approved, returns will no longer be possible.
Can I make a return using any payment method I used?
Yes, it is possible.
How long does the 10% discount I get after signing up for the newsletter last?
The discount code is valid indefinitely, but is only valid once using the same email address used to subscribe to the newsletter as the billing address.
I can't find the newsletter subscription: what do I do?
You can find the newsletter section on the Community page.
How can I apply a discount code?
Can discount codes be combined with each other?
It depends on the discount code.
Each discount code will indicate whether it can be combined or not.
I entered a discount code, but the products weren't discounted. Why?
Make sure the discount code you entered is correct and that the discount applies to the selected products. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at info@ct-designer.com or chat for assistance.
I'm an influencer/company/retailer, is it possible to collaborate with CT?
Of course! If you have an idea, a brand, or a project, write to us at info@ct-designer.com. We’re always open to new collaborations.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship throughout Italy and to select European countries. You can find the complete list on our Shipping page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since these are print-on-demand products, we take a few days to create your item before shipping. You’ll typically receive your order within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Can I track the shipment of my order?

Is it possible to delay the shipment of an order?
Of course! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your package.

What happens if the courier can't deliver my package?
You can reschedule your delivery directly through the courier.

How does personalization with my photo work?
- Choose one of the customizable products

- If you want, add the text that will accompany the graphic
After a few days, you’ll receive the graphic design draft of your customization via email.
You can request any further changes, and once the artwork is confirmed, we’ll proceed with printing and shipping!
Are the products sustainable?
Yes! We try to use primarily sustainable or low-impact materials and only print what’s ordered, to avoid waste.
Can I wash the products in the washing machine?
It depends: always follow the instructions on the label on the package to make them last as long as possible.
Generally for:
- Clothing: recommended washing at 30°, do not tumble dry, iron inside out.
- Accessories: Hand wash recommended, do not tumble dry.
What do I receive if I sign up for the newsletter?
If you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the entire shop.
Spoiler alert: it’s not just boring emails!
The newsletters contain news, previews, and special offers reserved only for subscribers.
How do I review a purchased product?
A few days after your purchase, you’ll receive an email requesting a review. Otherwise, please contact us at info@ct-designer.com or via chat.

What payment methods do you accept?

No, you will only receive your order summary via email after payment.
I made a bank transfer, but my order is still pending payment. Why?
The order will only be processed once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Typically, if you didn’t make an instant transfer, it takes a couple of days to process.
