LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY – RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, you will be entitled to have the product brought into conformity through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request repair, replacement, or refund. Pursuant to European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects of conformity for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery. Your right to assert such defects of conformity expires in any case within twenty-six months from delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions on the “Request a Return” page, indicating “Damaged, Non-Conforming, or Incorrectly Shipped Product” as the specific reason for your email and attaching one or more images of the item in question, clearly showing the defect.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.
Authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be verified by us following the return.
We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after conducting appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
If the product is found to be non-conforming, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
