Was there a problem with your order? Here’s what to do:

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Send an email to ordini@ct-designer.com indicating the order number and the goods you wish to exchange/return.

• After receiving our email confirming your right of withdrawal, repackage the goods and send them (no later than 14 days after receiving our email confirming your right of withdrawal) attaching a printed copy of our email confirming your right of withdrawal, to the following address: Yolo Enterprise – Via San Bernardino 120, 24126 Bergamo (BG).
• Keep the shipping receipt.

Importante:

Please return the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, with the original packaging and any accompanying manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.

Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.

Once the return arrives at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The risk and shipping costs of the return are at your expense.

Customized products are not subject to return conditions.
